What is the time for pickup?

Pick up requests may be scheduled to start as early as 9:30 am, with 11:00 am being the latest possible start time. Please call for more information.

Tasting fees begin at $55.00 and up may vary according to your experience selection and the wineries.
Travel fees might apply for distances exceeding a 30-mile radius, and the fee can vary.

How detailed are the tours?

Our excursions provide an insight into a rich historical backdrop, local narratives, and the wineries included in your itinerary for visits. These wineries will enrich your selection process, whether through seated tastings or tours, offering wine education and allowing exploration of the vineyard, production facilities, barrel rooms, and the procedures involved in fermentation, among various other elements.

Are meals provided?

Meals are not provided and will be at the customer's expense. For lunch, there are a few deli markets around the valley that can be recommended for picking up supplies, depending on your schedule for lunch between winery visits.

Can I customize my tour?

Certainly, you have the option to personalize your own winery experience. However, we also offer tailored tours based on your preferences, or we can recommend wineries to explore that align with the unique tastes of each group to optimize the itinerary's distance and location.

What should I bring on the tour?

Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, you and your group.

Daily Tours require a minimum duration of 6 hours (Monday to Sunday).

Which location or area should be chosen for pickup?

This location for pickup requests encompasses any conveniently located spots such as hotels, Airbnb, bed & breakfast inns, residences, etc.

What is the policy for cancellations?

A credit card is necessary to secure and confirm your reservation. There's cancellation allowed up to 72 hours, starting from the time you make your reservation. You are required to send an email to request the cancellation of your confirmed booking, and you will receive a refund of the authorized amount less a 5% credit card fee. Last-minute reservations are non-cancellable and will result in the loss of the entire authorized amount.

Yes, a reservation is required in advance, and a credit card is necessary to secure your vehicle, as well as to arrange a winery reservation for tours or tastings for customers who request our help. For winery tours or tastings, we offer 2 options: (1) a set itinerary for your day's experience given or (2) you can create your own itinerary; just let us know your preference.
